  • David regularly speaks at state and national health care association functions and employer-sponsored management retreats.
  • David has lectured to Senior Department of Defense executives regarding compliance with labor and employment laws, resource utilization, workplace process improvement and reengineering.
  • David is a licensed nuclear power plant operator and instructor. He taught Power Plant Theory, Operation, Maintenance and Regulation for Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory from 1988-1992, and operated various Westinghouse and General Electric nuclear reactors and electric distribution plants from 1992-1996.
